How much is Shipping in Australia?

Standard Shipping for orders under $70 is $7.95

Standard Shipping for orders $70 and over is FREE!

Express Shipping for orders under $100 is $10

Express Shipping for orders $100 and over is FREE!

If you place an order before 2pm (AWST), your order will be posted the same day (Monday - Friday).


How long does shipping take?


Standard shipping takes about 7-12 days  (Should take less than 7 days if you live in WA)

Express Shipping takes about 1-3 days


Do you ship Internationally?

Not at the moment. 


Can i exchange/return items if they don't fit?

You can! We offer online store credit in form of a gift card for items that don't fit.


What if i have pulled off and thrown away the tag but i want to return the item?

We don't accept returns that haven't got a tag as it isn't a "new" clothing item

If you have pulled off the tags and realised it does't fit but still have the tags you can post them back with the clothing item as we can re-attach them to the garment

Please use the following size guide to help determine your size.

Bust (cm) 78 81 85 89 93
Waist (cm) 60 63 67 71 75
Hip (cm) 87 90 94 98 102


Bust - measure the fullest part of your bust (keep measuring tape horizontal) 
Waist - measure around your waistline (above navel) keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips - measure around the widest part of your hips approximately 22 cm below waist.
How long does shipping take to arrive within Australia?
All Order are posted via Express Postage with Australia Post.

It will take at least 2-3 business days to receive your order.


Do you do refunds?

We don't do refunds unless item/s are faulty, please note that we check every single item before they are sent off

We do however do online store credits


Can I return sale items?
No, we don't accept returns on sale items so please choose wisely
I haven't received a confirmation or shipping email?
Double check your email when placing the order was correct. 
If you are still unsure, email us at bluehottea@hotmail.com or message us on our Facebook page and we can give you all your order details.


I haven't received my order?

We have emailed you a tracking number which you can view it's status at the Australia Post Website

The tracking number is to prove that we have posted out your item/s

Once we have posted your item/s it is out of our hands and up to Australia Post

If your item/s have been lost we can not compensate for the lost item/s but we can do our most to work with Australia Post as it is out of our hands
